• Ameriprise Customer Service – Awesome Follow-up

    A few weeks ago I wrote about a bug that Ameriprise Financial had with their download to Quicken (click here for my original blog).  At that time I was waiting on resolution and they promised follow-up.  At the time I said “And you know what – I believe them.  I know that I really will get a call when it is fixed and I don’t need to do anything but wait”

    Well deliver they did!

    • I got 2 calls just to say thanks for sending the log it is helping us troubleshoot.  In each case they noted no resolution but said the issue was being worked on!
    • I got a call when it was fixed.  But at the time I was not at my PC and could not test it out.
    • I got a final call the next day to confirm that everything was fixed.

    Ameriprise lived up to it’s promise to resolve the issue and stay in touch with me.  Nobody likes problems – but Ameriprise delivered the type of service that makes you forget about the problems and only remember the service and the resolution!
